A few useful things to know before choosing a print for your home.
What can I order?
Fine art matte prints, either unframed or in a solid wood frame. There are no canvas products or digital-only orders. Enhancement for print is included in the product price.
Can I print an old or low-resolution photo large?
Sometimes. Start with the original camera file or a clear scan, rather than a screenshot or a compressed messaging-app copy. Upload it and check the quality guidance for each available size. Enhancement can improve clarity, but blur, compression, and missing detail still limit the result. A smaller print may suit the photo better.
Do I see the enhanced image before paying?
Enhancement runs after ordering. During configuration, you can review your image, crop, product options, and quality guidance. That guidance is not a preview of the final enhanced image.
Which files can I upload?
JPG, PNG, or HEIC, up to 25MB. Choose the highest-quality version you have. For a scanned family photograph, scan the photograph itself in good condition rather than photographing it through glass.
Where do you ship, and what does delivery cost?
We deliver to the United Kingdom and the other destinations listed on our shipping page. This version of the site shows product prices in pounds sterling. The shipping charge is calculated for your delivery address at checkout. Allow time for both production and transit, especially for gifts.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact support with your order number and photographs of the problem. The 30-day guarantee and returns policy describe the available remedies and exclusions. Keep the packaging while the issue is being resolved.
